Why this work, why now.
The home page describes the structure of the group and what it builds. What follows here is the conviction beneath the structure, the cadence of the work, and the long-horizon stance under which the group operates.
India's deep-tech moment is here. Not because the country needs to catch up, but because the institutions that hold it together, its police, its defence, its administration, its enterprises, now require systems built to a standard that imported software was never designed to meet. The group was founded in 2022 to do that work.
A few convictions sit beneath everything we build. That sovereignty is architecture, not adjective. That artificial intelligence applied to consequence needs explainability and audit long before it needs scale. That the seriousness of the institutions we serve has to live in the technology itself, not in the marketing around it.
The work follows its own pace. Research runs in years, not quarters. Deployments are slow by design and audited at every level. The group does not announce roadmaps it cannot honour, and it does not chase scale ahead of competence. Public surface is kept small by intent.
What this means in practice is a long-horizon stance. Built for India first, with engineering done by Indians, to standards that travel beyond it. Sovereign by design. The work outlasts the founders.
